Returns and Exchanges

ALL DISCOUNTED items, ALL MASKS (PPE), DURAGS and ALL LAUNCH RELEASE FOOTWEAR are FINAL SALE with NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

How do I return or exchange an item purchased online?


Returns or Exchanges may be done within 14 days from ship date on regular priced items. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. Vancity Original will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Credit will be provided, No Refunds. Products purchased online (regular price and unworn) and returned in store at Dipt Kicks are subject to in store credit or exchange only.  All sale items and discounted merchandise are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. No exceptions. Vancity Original does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system.


All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (i.e.. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the seller will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.


It is Vancity Original’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered in tact, unworn, in original purchased condition (with all tags still attached), and free of any manufacturers' defects. If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between Vancity Original and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the seller (Vancity Original) will apply.
